Shipping Policy

Order Verification
For your protection, the shipping and billing address must match on all orders. Orders over $700 will undergo verification for security purposes.

Processing & Shipping Times

         Processing Times

  • All Glueless Wigs: 2–4 weeks processing time from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be sent within 1–2 business days of completion unless otherwise noted.

  • Bundles and Lace: Processing takes up to 14 days.

         Shipping Responsibility
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, Mane Obsession is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Use the provided tracking information for updates. For additional assistance, contact the mail carrier directly.

ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery and will include insurance for loss or damage during transit.

          Shipping Options:

  • Standard: 3–5 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

 Expedited Orders
If you need expedited service, please email us at support@maneobsession.net with your order number and name. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds
Refunds are not typically offered but may be considered on a case-by-case basis under rare circumstances, such as:

  • Your order was canceled by Mane Obsession

  • An item was sold out after your order was processed

Eligible for Exchange
  • Wrong head size

  • Incorrect color

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

    Other cases may be reviewed at our discretion.

    Not Eligible for Exchange:

    • Lace has been cut

    • Hair has been dyed, altered, or worn

    • Caps have been cut or altered

    • Missing original packaging or box

    • Tags or combs have been removed

    Exchange Guidelines
    To ensure a proper fit, please use our measuring guide before ordering. Try on the unit before cutting the lace. Units with uncut lace may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. 


    Return Process
    Returns are reviewed upon receipt at our facility. Refunds for approved returns will be processed after inspection.
